The online retail company is a small to medium-sized enterprise that sells a variety of different products which are wallets, watches, packing bags,keychains,vehicle-mounted products etc.

1.  Product Sourcing

Three of our colleagues were assigned to the task and managed to complete the product search all in one day.

2. Price Negotiating

reach out to 3-5 suppliers for each item, compare quotes and their respond rate, delivery time, if familar with their own products etc. 

3.Sample Coordination

After the two steps above, narrow down the number of suppliers to 2–3, and then ask them all to arrange samples. Further narrow down to only the last supplier over the quality and price again. 

4. Mass Production& Qualiy Control 

The key points when bulk production, we'll monitor and double check with suppliers on income material inspection, in-process QC,  FQC.

5. Shipment Arrangement

Confirm shipping details (method like by sea, air, train, truck or express, address, and consignee) with the customer 7–15 days prior to shipment。

Prepare the set of shipping documents for clients.
